Blockchain and web 3 technologies have assumed an important political dimen- sion.

These technologies are invested with a wide range of hopes and projects for alternative futures - from the manosphere and alt.right universes with their tight connections to the crypto sphere, via the politics of privacy to visions of radi- cal transformations articulated under ideas like De-Fi or Solarpunk.

This brief workshop gathers academics, activists and crypto entrepreneurs to discuss the political potential of blockchain technologies and the visions attached to them.
